All rooms sleep 2 adults. Prices are in Euros and per room per night, substantial breakfast inclusive. All rooms have en-suite shower/wet rooms.

Gîte/Apartment

Two bedroomed apartment sleeps 6 with en-suite shower/wet rooms. Prices are weekly rates – Saturday (arrival after 3.00 p.m.) to Saturday (departure by 10.00 a.m.) but we will try to be flexible on changeover days if possible. All linen, towels and final clean included. Prices are in Euros €.

Booking Terms for Gîte/Apartment

– Prices are in Euros
– No smoking on entire property
– No pets
– Breakage/damage deposit of €100 (refundable on departure)
– 20% deposit required with booking, (non-refundable)
– Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date
– Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque. Cheques payable to G & P.J. Hardwicke

To pay for your booking we suggest you use Transferwise. (www.transferwise.com).This company is supported by Sir Richard Branson, and is probably the cheapest way to transfer money.  When you want to make a reservation we will supply you with our details.

Cancellation Policy
We operate on a minimum cancellation notice of 42 days:
– Cancellation before 42 days from the start of your holiday, 50% is payable.
– Cancellation after 42 days from the start of your holiday, 100% is payable.
